This candidate will play a key role in supporting the Presidents and Co-Heads of the Global Client Group, in defining and executing the strategic vision for the firm’s institutional and private wealth business growth. This role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, project management and analytical skills to help drive growth, optimize operations, and enhance the firm’s wealth platforms globally. The ideal candidate will have experience in wealth management, private markets and/or asset management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Assist in developing and implementing strategic initiatives for the firm’s Global Client platforms.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Analyze industry trends, market opportunities, and competitor positioning to inform strategy.
- Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Project Management: Oversee key initiatives from inception to execution, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Executive Support: Prepare high-impact presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal teams (investment, legal, compliance, marketing) and external partners to support business objectives.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: (including certification, licenses, etc.)
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 3-5 Years Required; Relevant experience in strategy consulting, project management, private markets, investment banking, or asset/wealth management.
