Lead customer-facing quality activities for aerospace and defense components across product introduction, qualification, production launch, and recurring manufacturing. Interpret customer requirements, create quality and qualification plans, manage First Article Inspection and documentation submissions, coordinate audits and approvals, and drive nonconformance, root-cause, corrective-action, and continuous-improvement efforts. Partner with Engineering, Operations, Inspection, Sourcing, and customers to manage quality risks, ensure traceability, and maintain compliance with aerospace standards.

Oversee supplier quality for aerospace propulsion systems by developing quality standards, auditing and approving suppliers, monitoring performance, leading root cause and corrective actions, qualifying components and special processes, supporting NPI and first article inspections, and maintaining compliance documentation. Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and manufacturing teams while providing suppliers with technical guidance and driving continuous improvement.

Designs and develops tooling, fixtures, and mechanical support equipment for turbine engine assembly and production. Owns tooling projects from concept through release, fabrication, implementation, and improvement. Creates CAD models and engineering drawings, performs tolerance stack-ups, applies GD&T and ASME Y14 standards, supports manufacturing-floor troubleshooting, and collaborates across engineering, quality, and operations teams. Evaluates manufacturability, structural adequacy, cost, safety, and usability while managing multiple priorities.

Lead Beehive Industries’ internal precision casting efforts for jet engine components. Define and improve casting processes, mentor engineers, approve tooling and process documentation, and develop advanced SX, DS, EQ, and additive-enabled workflows. Oversee simulation, defect prevention, data analytics, digital twins, quality metrics, and RCCA investigations. Support casting of superalloys and other advanced materials while ensuring AS9100, NADCAP, and program compliance.

Manages company-wide export controls, economic sanctions, restricted-party screening, product and technology classification, export licenses, authorizations, compliance records, and regulatory training. Advises engineering, operations, supply chain, IT, security, and business teams on ITAR, EAR, and OFAC requirements. Supports investigations, risk assessments, corrective actions, monitoring, third-party due diligence, and broader corporate compliance initiatives.
