Supports plant human resources operations for hourly and salaried employees, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, personnel records, leave coordination, compliance reporting, employee relations, investigations, training, and special events. Maintains HR databases and policies, coordinates employment transactions, supports audits and legal compliance, and provides direction to HR staff. Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and three years of related experience.
