Lead and execute production quality activities including PPAP, gage studies, control plans, PFMEA updates, capability studies, and customer issue resolution using formal problem-solving. Serve as primary quality contact for customers and suppliers, drive continuous improvement, and support new program launches and supplier AQP deliverables.

Design, maintain, and improve PLC- and robot-based automation for an automotive seating assembly plant. Troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, I/O, sensors, servo drives, and mechanical/hydraulic interfaces. Manage PLC documentation, backups, preventive maintenance, data collection, and error-proofing. Support installation, commissioning, and reliability improvements while applying lean methods and robot cell programming.

Lead cross-functional teams for new product launches, develop prototype/pre-production/production control and measurement system analysis plans, perform capability studies, audits, and PPAP submissions, drive continuous improvement using statistical methods and gage studies, and coordinate supplier quality deliverables.
