Lead global employee benefits administration, renewals, compliance, vendor relationships, HRIS governance, reporting, and operational improvements across multiple markets. Partner with Payroll, Finance, Legal, HR Technology, and external vendors to ensure accurate enrollment, deductions, funding, reconciliations, regulatory reporting, data integrity, and employee communications. Oversee benefits operations, annual enrollment cycles, controls, audits, and service metrics while supporting strategic planning and team workflows.

Own and grow large Enterprise and Government accounts to expand ARR and protect NRR. Lead multi-year strategic account plans, execute advanced discovery with executive, procurement, security and technical stakeholders, navigate regulatory and procurement frameworks, run MEDDPICC-based complex negotiations and renewals, maintain forecast accuracy, and align expansion with delivery and product roadmap.

Conduct inbound and outbound outreach to identify prospects, book qualified demos for Account Executives, hit monthly quotas, make high-volume calls/emails, prospect target accounts, collect market data, and use sales tools like Salesforce to advance opportunities.

The Sales Development Representative will engage in inbound and outbound communications, schedule demos for Account Executives, and meet monthly quotas, while building expertise in Cision's products and sales methodologies.

Own and grow an assigned installed customer base by driving expansion ARR and net revenue retention through upsell/cross-sell, renewal leadership, and structured, high-volume engagement using automation and CRM. Execute shorter sales cycles, build account plans for product adoption and wallet-share growth, maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline in CRM, and coordinate cross-functional teams while transitioning higher-complexity accounts as needed.

Manage and grow assigned accounts through high-volume outreach, retention, and upselling. Meet KPIs, collaborate across teams to build integrated solutions, negotiate contracts, manage renewals in Salesforce, and provide exceptional customer service and reporting.
