Design landing zones, migrations, networking, identity, governance, FinOps, Microsoft Foundry environments, Copilot Studio solutions, and evaluation-driven CI/CD pipelines. Manage the full lifecycle of Cisco Enterprise Agreement renewals, True Forwards, modifications, registrations, quotes, and orders. Analyze True Forward reports, identify suite value shifts, maintain Salesforce pipeline data, and coordinate with Cisco, TD SYNNEX, customer success, sales, operations, and finance teams. Provide expertise on Cisco EA structures, quoting, compliance, forecasting, billing, margin reconciliation, and complex multi-party deal execution.

Owns configuration of enterprise servers, storage, networking, and edge hardware from inspection through final sign-off. Responsibilities include firmware and BIOS/UEFI updates, hardware validation, Linux and Windows installation, hypervisor and image deployment, network and port mapping, automation, documentation, troubleshooting, production support, quoting, customer inquiries, and mentoring. The role collaborates across engineering, manufacturing, program management, sales, vendors, and customers, with up to 10% travel.
