Sell ZoomInfos AI-powered GTM portfolio as an overlay AE focused on upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts. Partner with Account Managers, drive pipeline, own full sales cycle, deliver demos, forecast in Salesforce, and close off-cycle deals ($50K$500K+ ACV) while collaborating cross-functionally to articulate data and AI value to executive stakeholders.

The Senior Account Manager manages a portfolio of high-spend enterprise accounts, focusing on client retention, upsell opportunities, and measurable business outcomes utilizing ZoomInfo's data solutions.

Lead design and ownership of ZoomInfo's PLG measurement system, define KPIs and leading indicators, analyze end-to-end customer journeys, diagnose growth issues, and influence product investments. Build AI-native, automated analytics workflows, reporting, and monitoring while partnering cross-functionally to prioritize experiments and scale insights that drive adoption, retention, monetization, and expansion.

Lead and develop a Mid-Market Sales Development team to generate qualified pipeline. Train, coach, and hire SDRs; define performance metrics; partner with marketing and account teams to build campaigns and territory plans; iterate on processes and enablement while leveraging AI and prospecting tools. Manage reporting, dashboards, and recruitment.

Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and RESTful APIs using Java and Node.js (NestJS). Build scalable, event-driven microservices with Kafka, work with SQL Server/MongoDB, deploy and monitor on AWS/GCP, and containerize/orchestrate with Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS. Collaborate across teams, refactor code for performance, and follow software best practices.

Run rapid, sprint-paced experiments, design self-serve flows and paywalls, model credit economics, and partner with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and finance to drive activation, upgrade, and revenue.

Own and deliver backend initiatives end-to-end for a recruiting application, build agentic AI capabilities, collaborate with a small team, and use AI coding tools daily to scope, ship, and maintain production features.
