As a member of our Sales Development team, you'll receive world-class training while being surrounded by incredible co-workers and leaders who have a vested interest in seeing you thrive. This is a unique role where you'll engage with both prospective new customers and ZoomInfo's existing customer base - fielding inbound leads, uncovering opportunities, and helping build pipeline for our Account Executives and Account Managers alike.

What You Will Do:

  • Engage and qualify inbound leads from both new prospects and existing customers to build pipeline for Account Executives and Account Managers
  • Lead with curiosity and ask thoughtful discovery questions to uncover pain points, goals, and opportunities
  • Articulate the ZoomInfo value proposition by educating prospects and customers on our full suite of solutions across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Recruiting
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Account Managers to identify new sales and strategic expansion opportunities
  • Build trust and credibility with both internal and external stakeholders

This is an in-office position, working a minimum of 4 days per week from one of our offices in Waltham, MA, Bethesda, MD, or Vancouver, WA, with the flexibility of working from home on Fridays.

The US compensation rate is $25 per hour + variable commission + benefits. Actual compensation offered will be based on factors such as the candidate's work location, qualifications, skills, experience and/or training.
