Lead Backbase’s North American partner ecosystem, driving license and cloud revenue through advisors, system integrators, hyperscalers, and ISVs. Build executive partner relationships, develop joint business plans and go-to-market strategies, manage regional targets and KPIs, and ensure partner-led customer success. Lead, hire, coach, and develop Partner Managers while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Partner Enablement, and Customer Success. The role requires strong digital banking, SaaS, enterprise software, consulting, and financial services partnership expertise, with frequent travel.

Designs enterprise banking architectures integrating BankingOS with existing systems, APIs, data, security controls, and AI agents. Builds and tests prototypes, evaluates reliability and privacy risks, defines production-ready solutions, leads architecture workshops and RFP responses, mentors colleagues, documents designs, and contributes customer feedback to product development. The role requires hands-on experience with Java, Spring, cloud-native systems, distributed architectures, identity management, DevOps, and regulated-industry security.
