Own supplier-side pricing, yield, monetization, retention, and churn analytics for a B2B marketplace. Build predictive models, dashboards, data models, pricing frameworks, cohort analyses, and A/B tests. Partner with product, operations, engineering, sales, finance, and customer success leaders to identify revenue opportunities, optimize advertising and incentive programs, improve supplier retention, and translate complex marketplace dynamics into actionable business decisions.

Lead marketplace matching, recommendation, ranking, scheduling, and job acceptance experiences to improve sourcing margin, partner engagement, match quality, liquidity, and time-to-take. Partner with Machine Learning and Pricing teams, establish marketplace KPIs, analyze behavioral and financial data, drive experimentation, mentor product managers, and communicate product direction to executives and cross-functional stakeholders.

Build and maintain reliable infrastructure and software platforms across engineering teams. Responsibilities include managing AWS accounts and networking, Kubernetes clusters, observability and monitoring tools, and CI/CD systems.
