Lead Xometry’s global Workday implementation from design through go-live. Configure Core HCM and related modules, translate stakeholder requirements into system designs, manage integrations, data conversion, testing, security, governance, and post-launch support. Partner with HR, Finance, IT, functional teams, and an external implementation partner across US, EMEA, China, and India. Support change management, training, knowledge transfer, and executive reporting throughout the one-year engagement.

Lead Xometry’s global Workday implementation from design through go-live. Configure Core HCM and related modules across US, EMEA, China, and India; translate business requirements into system design; manage testing, integrations, data conversion, security, reporting, governance, and defect resolution. Partner with the implementation SI, functional teams, and leadership while supporting change management, training, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live operations.

Leads product analytics through advanced analysis, experimentation, KPI development, dashboards, and data storytelling. Designs A/B tests and causal analyses to optimize product performance and user experience. Owns measurement for Xometry’s embedded DFM AI and IQE integration across CAD/PLM partner surfaces and the marketplace, addressing attribution, identity resolution, and low-volume enterprise cohort challenges. Collaborates with product, engineering, design, machine learning, and partner teams to deliver actionable insights and improve experimentation methodologies.

Leads architecture and development of a high-performance integration between Xometry’s AI marketplace and enterprise CAD/PLM platforms. Builds scalable microservices and real-time 3D geometry data pipelines using Python, React, TypeScript, and AWS. Owns reliability, security, monitoring, and multi-quarter technical roadmaps while serving as the primary partner engineering contact. Mentors engineers, establishes AI development practices, and enables embedded manufacturability, pricing, and click-to-buy workflows.

Owns financial systems product strategy across order-to-cash and procure-to-pay workflows. Translates accounting, finance, procurement, tax, and control requirements into product features and engineering-ready PRDs. Partners cross-functionally on prioritization, releases, training, integrations, automation, audit trails, revenue recognition, and SOX controls. Troubleshoots complex transactions across sales orders, purchase orders, subledgers, and general ledgers while improving finance operations through measurable, controlled automation.

Develop and maintain reliable infrastructure and software platforms across engineering teams. Manage AWS accounts and networking, Kubernetes clusters, observability and monitoring tools, and CI/CD systems. Write and improve code, support production workloads, participate in on-call operations, estimate work, collaborate across teams, and drive reliability, performance, and continuous improvement.

Lead architecture and implementation for post-order and order-management software. Design scalable, reliable, and secure services; conduct code reviews; mentor engineers; guide technology adoption; and collaborate with product, design, and leadership. The role requires full-stack development across Python, Node.js, React, TypeScript, REST APIs, microservices, and AWS, along with technical leadership in a product-driven marketplace environment.

Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of scalable machine learning systems, including the AI/ML integration connecting Xometry with partner manufacturing platforms. Build real-time ML serving, data pipelines, MLOps, governance, monitoring, and observability. Drive technical roadmaps, optimize latency and throughput, ensure software quality and security, collaborate across engineering and product teams, and mentor engineers while delivering production AI capabilities.
