Serve as the functional bridge between NPR business stakeholders and Salesforce technical teams: elicit and document requirements, author user stories and acceptance criteria, analyze impacts and dependencies, collaborate on solution design, lead UAT and training, coordinate project delivery, and promote governance and platform best practices to optimize NPR's Salesforce ecosystem.

Support product analytics for the NPR App, site, and video by designing measurement plans, implementing and QCing tags, querying BigQuery, building dashboards, diagnosing data issues, automating reports, and producing analyses and documentation for stakeholders.

Lead and modernize NPR's benefits, compensation, and retirement programs. Develop total rewards strategy, manage HRIS (UKG) configuration and data integrity, own compensation planning and budgets, ensure compliance (ERISA, Form 5500, ACA), manage vendors, resolve legacy administration issues, and lead a benefits and compensation team while partnering across HR, Finance, Payroll, Legal, and auditors.

Lead and manage anchors, producers, and editors for NPR Newscast across broadcast and digital platforms. Oversee weekend operations, editorial planning, hiring/onboarding, talent development, and editorial standards. Collaborate on editorial and operational strategy, adapt workflows and technology, and represent Newscast externally. Occasional travel for reporting or team projects; may fill in for the Executive Producer as needed.

Manage and execute organization-wide DEI programs, advise and operationalize Employee Resource Groups, develop toolkits and trainings, enable managers on inclusive practices, partner cross-functionally on recruitment and retention, and track DEI impact through metrics and reporting.

Lead and coach a team of mobile engineers to design, build, test, and ship NPR’s flagship native iOS and Android apps. Partner with Product, Design, Data, and Editorial; manage hiring and onboarding; run Agile delivery and code reviews; improve developer experience with automation; and oversee incident response and vendor coordination.

Manage full-cycle technical recruiting for digital media and IT teams, build targeted engineering pipelines, integrate technical assessments into Greenhouse, coach hiring managers on structured interviewing, and ensure EEO/compliance across hiring. Support onboarding, employer branding, and recruitment analytics for technical roles.

Coordinate full-cycle recruitment tasks including interview scheduling, job posting, ATS administration, offer and pre-onboarding processes, Form I-9 verification, reporting, and stakeholder training to ensure compliant, candidate-first hiring operations.

Source, map, and engage passive technical talent across engineering, product, design, and DevOps. Build talent pipelines in Greenhouse, run advanced Boolean/semantic searches, conduct inclusive screening, partner with hiring leaders, track sourcing metrics, and run diversity-focused outreach and events to increase representation in technical hiring.
