Translate customer, market, regulatory, and technical requirements into product priorities, partner with engineering on capabilities and performance targets, and coordinate global stakeholders across supply chain, procurement, commercial, quality, service, and regional teams. Drive product competitiveness, standardization, cost reduction, launches, continuous improvement, and lifecycle decisions across Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

Leads global Systems Engineering for Fluence’s commercial energy storage products, owning system architecture, requirements, interfaces, integration, verification and validation, certification, reliability, laboratories, HIL testing, and product assurance. Establishes engineering governance, standards, organizational strategy, budgets, and capability development while serving as the executive technical authority. Partners across product, hardware, software, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and customer success from product concept through end of life.

Lead the architecture and evolution of Fluence’s global SAP S/4HANA supply chain platform. Design integrated solutions spanning planning, procurement, manufacturing readiness, logistics, fulfillment, costing, and finance. Guide cross-functional architecture decisions, design workshops, delivery teams, global stakeholders, and external partners. Define integration across SAP modules and connected systems, support roadmap development, promote fit-to-standard adoption, and establish scalable governance and solution patterns for complex multi-entity, multi-plant, intercompany, and external manufacturing environments.

Executive leader responsible for Fluence’s global Software and Controls Engineering organization. Leads embedded software, controls, BMS, EMS, SCADA, cloud, fleet management, cybersecurity implementation, DevSecOps, software quality, and digital product engineering. Establishes engineering strategy, standards, governance, investment priorities, and organizational capabilities while overseeing the full product lifecycle. Partners cross-functionally to deliver secure, scalable, reliable products and drives innovation in AI, machine learning, cloud-native architectures, edge computing, automation, and digital twins.

Support Portfolio Finance Managers on project accounting for large construction projects: set up and maintain projects in SAP, manage purchase orders, billing, shipping documentation, reconciliations, tax and inventory support, and assist with claims and change order documentation.

Lead enterprise-wide supply chain transformation by developing end-to-end value streams, roadmaps, and governance.
