Manage commercial and financial aspects of a portfolio of BESS projects in the Americas, ensuring accounting compliance, contract adherence, forecasting (EAC/POC), internal controls, change orders, supplier claims, tax obligations, and project performance while coordinating with project managers, customers, and suppliers.

Lead enterprise-wide supply chain transformation by developing end-to-end value streams, roadmaps, and governance. Partner with IT and cross-functional leaders to optimize processes, build business cases, drive change management, and ensure execution delivering measurable operational and financial improvements.

Lead PLM and global product cost governance for complex configurable hardware. Own configuration and BOM discipline, cost curves, CPQ data integrity, change governance, cross-functional cost-down execution, and represent outcomes to executive leadership while building a scaling team.

Lead cybersecurity engineering across product, OT, cloud, and network environments. Implement secure-by-design practices, run vulnerability management, perform threat modeling and risk assessments, design OT network segmentation and access controls, apply IEC 62443/NIST/CIS/NERC CIP standards, deploy security tools and monitoring, and provide technical leadership and mentoring.

Lead global supply planning for Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) components, translating demand into supply and replenishment strategies, managing supplier capacity and inventory, mitigating supply risks, supporting S&OP, and maintaining planning data integrity in SAP and related planning systems to ensure production readiness and on-time customer delivery.
