Manages the financial and commercial performance of a complex project portfolio across the Americas. Responsibilities include forecasting revenue, cost, and margin; ensuring accounting and contract compliance; executing internal controls; managing change orders, supplier claims, taxes, penalties, and project transactions; coordinating project reviews; overseeing subcontractors and suppliers; mitigating risks; and improving project execution processes. Lead the introduction and ramp-up of contract manufacturing sites and production capabilities for new product launches. Manage manufacturing readiness, process validation, equipment and tooling readiness, pilot builds, issue resolution, and CM relationships. Develop manufacturing documentation, support design-for-manufacturing reviews, coordinate prototype production and component packaging, track KPIs, and drive quality, cost, efficiency, and schedule objectives. The role requires frequent domestic and international travel to contract manufacturing locations.

Design, build, test, and maintain Workday business processes, support releases, ensure data integrity through audits, troubleshoot HRIS issues, and train end users while partnering with HR teams to improve processes and reporting.

Partners across supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, finance, commercial, and transformation teams to drive execution, operational excellence, and strategic alignment. Owns operating cadence, performance management, business processes, and executive communications while building and developing a high-performing team.

Lead the architecture and evolution of Fluence’s global SAP S/4HANA supply chain platform. Design integrated solutions spanning planning, procurement, manufacturing readiness, logistics, fulfillment, costing, and finance. Guide cross-functional architecture decisions, design workshops, delivery teams, global stakeholders, and external partners. Define integration across SAP modules and connected systems, support roadmap development, promote fit-to-standard adoption, and establish scalable governance and solution patterns for complex multi-entity, multi-plant, intercompany, and external manufacturing environments.

Provide day-to-day HR support for corporate functions: employee relations, onboarding, talent acquisition coordination, compensation and payroll support, HR compliance and Workday data management, performance management, engagement programs, and HR projects to drive employee experience and organizational priorities.

Executive leader responsible for Fluence’s global Software and Controls Engineering organization. Leads embedded software, controls, BMS, EMS, SCADA, cloud, fleet management, cybersecurity implementation, DevSecOps, software quality, and digital product engineering. Establishes engineering strategy, standards, governance, investment priorities, and organizational capabilities while overseeing the full product lifecycle. Partners cross-functionally to deliver secure, scalable, reliable products and drives innovation in AI, machine learning, cloud-native architectures, edge computing, automation, and digital twins.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, variance analysis, and financial modeling. Partner with operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to provide strategic insights. Administer Anaplan, Oracle Hyperion Planning, Salesforce, and other financial systems; support implementations and process improvements. Prepare monthly business reviews, external reporting metrics, GAAP to non-GAAP reconciliations, and quarterly forecasts for external stakeholders.
