Manages the financial and commercial performance of Fluence’s largest and most complex energy projects across the Americas. Responsibilities include project accounting, revenue recognition, forecasting, budgeting, contract compliance, internal controls, change orders, supplier claims, tax requirements, risk mitigation, and project reviews. The role partners with project managers, customers, suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders while mentoring junior finance managers and improving project execution processes.

Leads global cybersecurity operations across corporate IT, cloud, customer-facing, and operational technology environments. Oversees security monitoring, threat detection, incident response, OT security, awareness, security infrastructure, governance, risk management, compliance, metrics, vendors, and a distributed cybersecurity team. Serves as a senior incident leader, drives remediation and operational improvement, presents risks to executives, and applies NIST, ISO 27001, and IEC 62443 frameworks.

Leads Fluence’s global import and export trade compliance strategy, including tariff classification, customs documentation, export controls, sanctions screening, duty optimization, audits, broker performance, and regulatory responses. Partners with operations, logistics, finance, legal, engineering, suppliers, and authorities to manage compliance across regions. Builds internal controls, training, reporting, and process improvements while developing the trade compliance team and multi-year roadmap.

Leads SAP analytics and reporting teams, designs and implements reporting solutions, builds data lake and warehouse pipelines, analyzes business requirements, supports QA and automation, manages reporting environments, and provides training and technical support. The role requires extensive experience with SAP Analytics applications, Tableau, SQL, data modeling, data warehousing, and analytics solutions across SAP business modules.

Manage global compensation programs, including annual planning, job architecture, salary structures, incentive plans, rewards, benchmarking, and reporting. Advise HR and business leaders on compensation matters, support compliance and governance, administer stock-based compensation, and develop training and communications. The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder collaboration, data accuracy, and experience with global compensation processes and HRIS platforms.

Provides in-house legal counsel on SEC reporting, securities disclosures, capital markets offerings, credit facilities, corporate governance, and financing transactions. Leads public-company filings, insider trading compliance, Nasdaq and securities-law matters, and collaboration with finance, investor relations, executives, lenders, underwriters, and outside counsel. Supports M&A and improves corporate legal processes while independently managing complex, high-priority matters.

The role also mentors junior portfolio finance managers and works with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors.

Responsibilities include project forecasting, accounting compliance, contract administration, internal controls, transaction review, change orders, supplier claims, risk mitigation, tax requirements, and project reviews. The role partners with project managers, customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to improve project margins, maintain delivery timelines, and ensure adherence to contractual and financial requirements.

Provides strategic legal support for global procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, and operations teams. Drafts and negotiates complex supply, manufacturing, licensing, logistics, and services agreements; advises on supplier performance, continuity, regulatory compliance, trade controls, intellectual property, and risk allocation. Partners with cross-functional stakeholders on domestic content programs, government incentives, disputes, contracting processes, templates, playbooks, and operational risk management.

Manage global HRIS and Americas HR operations, serving as the Workday subject matter expert. Oversee configuration, security, integrations, reporting, employee lifecycle transactions, data integrity, compliance, process improvements, and HRIS projects. Lead and mentor the HR operations team, support payroll and benefits processes, develop procedures and training, resolve escalated issues, and collaborate with HR leaders and employees.
