Leads complex, agency-wide infrastructure and special projects from planning through execution and sustainment. Coordinates stakeholders, contractors, technical teams, procurement, budgets, contracts, timelines, and project reporting. Provides Tier I and Tier II technical support for mission-critical broadcast and enterprise IT systems. Troubleshoots hardware, software, networking, VPN, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and broadcast applications including Dalet, ScheduAll, and PowerGold. Manages incidents through Ivanti, documents resolutions, monitors SLA compliance, supports system maintenance and deployments, trains users, and assists with onboarding. The role operates in a 24/7 broadcast environment and may require nights, weekends, holidays, and physical equipment handling.

Produce and edit multimedia broadcast and digital content: line-produce shows, fine-edit taped material, operate production equipment, serve as videographer/reporter, log assets in digital management systems, adapt target-language stories into English, and meet VOA productivity and quality standards.

Write and produce news and feature content for broadcast, web, and social media; translate and adapt content between English and the target language; meet VOA quality and deadline standards; contribute to team tasks and workflow improvements; apply specialized knowledge and education as needed.
