Support design and modeling of electrical and mechanical systems for large projects. Perform photometric studies, short circuit and voltage drop calculations, apply code knowledge (light, power, telecom, fire alarm), and coordinate with Revit/CADD technicians to ensure constructability and quality.

Design, develop and integrate Oracle Fusion Financials and Fusion SCM solutions during migration from EBS. Build REST/APEX integrations, support BI tools (Hyperion, OBIEE), troubleshoot production issues, and partner with finance and operations for scalable ERP solutions.

Review large-scale electrical system designs for code compliance and constructability; coordinate design solutions; apply code knowledge to power and lighting systems; may review telecom and fire alarm systems; perform or learn photometric studies, short circuit analysis, and voltage drop calculations; read and interpret blueprints, submittals, and specifications.

Provide high-level administrative support to C-suite and senior leaders: manage calendars, travel, meetings, correspondence, and special projects; take meeting minutes, follow up on action items, and collaborate across departments to meet goals.

Manage vendor setup and changes, enter and match invoices, resolve invoice issues, run weekly payment batches (check, card, ACH), track returns/credits, obtain approvals, support audits, and suggest process improvements.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and risk management for large construction projects by analyzing project budgets, tracking expenditures, forecasting estimates to complete, producing reports and analytics, participating in project meetings, identifying financial risks, ensuring contract and policy compliance, improving processes, and assisting senior analysts and managers.
