The Planner is responsible for managing customer demand plans and shipment information, creating master schedules, and improving planning metrics while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Develops collaborative demand plans, master schedules, production plans, and revenue forecasts. Analyzes materials and capacity requirements, loads schedules into the ERP system, monitors planning metrics, and coordinates with customers, business units, and operations to achieve shipment and revenue targets. Drives corrective actions, recovery plans, and continuous improvement while maintaining customer satisfaction and minimizing company liability. Direct supervisor: Planning Supervisor or Planning Manager.

Leads site-wide quality engineering initiatives in a manufacturing environment, applying advanced quality tools such as DOE, SPC, Weibull analysis, APQP, MSA, PFMEA, and 8D problem solving. Drives process improvement, NPI support, manufacturing capability, standardization, regulatory compliance, and cost reduction. Serves as a technical quality systems authority, communicates metrics, leads complex projects, and mentors quality engineering teams. Requires a bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of quality engineering experience.

Provides administrative support to the site HR department, including employee relations assistance, benefits communication, event and orientation coordination, reporting, documentation, filing, records maintenance, and HR program support. The role supports managers and employees, coordinates town halls and engagement activities, maintains organizational and attendance records, and participates in strategic HR projects. This is an on-site position requiring strong organization, communication, computer, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Conduct employee relations investigations, advise managers and employees on workplace issues, facilitate conflict resolution, ensure employment-law and policy compliance, deliver training, maintain confidential case records, analyze ER trends, and partner with HR business partners and legal counsel. The role is on-site at a manufacturing facility and requires flexibility to support first- and second-shift employees.

Leads manufacturing engineering projects, process investigations, validation studies, and continuous-improvement initiatives. Supports production processes including machining, finishing, and packaging; designs fixtures and tooling; performs measurement system analysis; develops manufacturing and inspection procedures; and supports equipment acquisition, installation, validation, and training. Collaborates with production, quality, finance, product development, and vendors while maintaining compliance with QSR, SOPs, safety requirements, and quality systems. Global project support and some travel may be required.
