Lead industrial/manufacturing engineering team to design scalable production systems, drive PFMEA and risk mitigation, optimize labor and layouts, perform ergonomic assessments, and deliver cost, safety, and productivity improvements across large assembly manufacturing and NPI activities.

Lead design, development, deployment, and maintenance of manufacturing automation systems (PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, robotics). Manage projects, mentor junior engineers, perform feasibility and risk analyses, create engineering documentation, troubleshoot systems, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, and drive continuous improvement across sites.

Lead development and maintenance of test procedures, systems, and automation for advanced compute platforms in high-volume manufacturing. Drive failure analysis, root-cause troubleshooting across hardware/software, support NPI and production ramp, lead and mentor test engineering teams, and apply liquid-cooling and networking expertise to improve quality and yield.

Perform quality engineering for machined and printed parts: interpret drawings, develop and maintain CMM programs and FAIs, conduct root cause analysis, risk assessments (FMEA), recommend process improvements, support validation, supplier technical guidance, and use lean/Six Sigma and SPC tools to ensure product conformity.

Develop, debug, and validate Baseboard Management Controller (BMC) firmware for server platforms. Support platform bring-up and integration with hardware, BIOS, and system software; analyze and reproduce BMC defects; perform validation and regression testing; collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams; maintain technical documentation; and improve automation and firmware development/debug processes.

Design and validate board-level and subsystem electrical designs for server, storage, networking, and rack platforms. Duties include schematic development, component selection, power/signal integrity analysis, bring-up/debug, BOM and ECO support, cross-functional collaboration, and communicating technical status and risks.

Lead BMC firmware development, integration, and optimization across server platforms. Define technical approach, drive bring-up and debug, ensure firmware quality and release readiness, collaborate cross-functionally, mentor junior engineers, and improve development practices and automation.

Responsible for verifying and testing electronic circuit board assemblies using Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) and Jabil software. Requires understanding of assembly documentation, communication with technicians for fault handling, and adherence to safety and production compliance.
