Provides estate and tax planning consultation to financial advisors and clients, including analyses of estate plans, income tax situations, charitable planning, wealth transfer, asset protection, and business succession. Develops client- and advisor-facing educational materials, conducts seminars and training, coordinates with outside attorneys and tax advisors, and supports marketing for Estate & Tax Planning Services. Travel may be required up to 25%.

Designs, implements, and optimizes enterprise observability solutions across cloud and on-premises environments. Owns observability strategy, roadmap, product backlog, platform integrations, automation, and self-service capabilities. Maintains monitoring frameworks using metrics, tracing, and logging tools; defines business-aligned KPIs; supports governance, privacy, and compliance; and collaborates with engineering, security, application, IT, and business teams. Requires senior engineering support, cloud administration, infrastructure as code, stakeholder engagement, and leadership.

Conduct biotech sector research and due diligence, develop equity research reports, build Excel-based financial and valuation models, defend investment theses, respond to institutional sales and client inquiries, and support senior research analysts with special projects. Travel by car or air may be required up to 20% of the time.

Performs daily branch cashiering and operational functions, including processing deposits, wires, checks, margin notifications, corporate reorganizations, and account transfers. Coordinates operational matters between the branch and home office, supports Financial Advisors with account opening and documentation, maintains accurate records, and escalates suspicious activity, complaints, trading errors, and policy violations.

Supports financial advisors and branch staff by processing advisory account data, maintaining accounts, completing reports, responding to inquiries, identifying and escalating issues, and following departmental procedures. The role requires attention to detail, collaboration, organization, effective communication, and the ability to manage changing workloads independently under supervision.

Provides phone and application support to Stifel branch offices, branch personnel, and clients. Handles operational questions, records caller interactions, escalates complex issues, supports application testing and upgrades, and assists with Financial Advisor onboarding through training, mailings, and process guidance. Collaborates across teams while maintaining accurate records, timely updates, strong customer service, and adherence to procedures and financial services policies.

Develops revenue growth initiatives for Stifel by generating prospective-client pipelines, supporting Financial Advisors, managing industry events and webinars, executing targeted marketing campaigns, maintaining CRM data, improving lead-selection and sales processes, and coordinating presentations, proposals, marketing projects, and compliance activities.

Manages corporate state income tax compliance, including consolidated, unitary, and separate-company returns. Leads state income, sales/use, and franchise tax audits; oversees quarterly estimates and extensions; researches tax positions; incorporates acquisitions and tax law changes; improves tax technology and processes; and supervises a team of 1–2 employees.
