Own strategic relationships with complex enterprise clients, serving as a trusted executive advisor and voice of the customer. Lead migrations from legacy travel-management technology to Navan, including scoping, implementation, go-live, and hypercare. Drive adoption, retention, compliance, training, health checks, business reviews, risk mitigation, and churn prevention. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales on feedback, enhancement requests, and escalations while managing stakeholder alignment and change resistance.

Own the strategy and operating rhythm for competitive enablement across Navan’s go-to-market organization. Lead competitive intelligence, prioritize market and field signals, align senior cross-functional stakeholders, and translate insights into battlecards, messaging, deal plays, training, and coaching. Support critical customer opportunities, measure program effectiveness, and continuously improve enablement content and learning experiences.

Lead a global Strategy & Innovation team to design workforce capacity models, run cross-functional strategic projects, optimize ROC processes with Lean/Six Sigma, and partner on AI/automation roadmaps to ensure efficient, exception-based travel operations.

Serve as an ERP subject matter expert to support sales and account teams, implement Navan Expense for enterprise clients, drive product adoption, deliver presentations and training, gather product feedback, and leverage accounting/finance expertise to increase revenue and improve client outcomes.

Support domestic and international cash management, bank account maintenance, treasury back-office activities, FX exposure monitoring, cash forecasting, investment oversight, SOX and FBAR compliance, Trovata management, and cross-functional treasury controls and reporting.

Lead and develop a team of 6–8 Enterprise Associate Account Executives, coach through all sales stages, shadow calls, monitor performance via CRM, collaborate cross-functionally, and define progression criteria for reps advancing to senior sales roles.

Support global cash management, bank account administration, payments, FX exposure and hedging, investment portfolio oversight, SOX and FBAR compliance, audit support, and treasury reporting (Trovata). Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external banks to maintain liquidity, controls, and accurate treasury records.

Partner with the CIO to define and execute the CIO department strategy, drive IT governance and budgets, lead cross-functional strategic IT programs, set OKRs and KPIs, and establish pragmatic AI and security policies to align technology investments with business goals.

Lead North America field marketing strategy and execution to drive pipeline and brand presence. Plan and run live/virtual events, trade shows, partner events, and localized campaigns. Partner with Sales to target accounts, optimize lead handoff and attribution, manage budgets and vendors, use analytics to track ROI and improve conversion, and mentor junior field marketers.
