Lead and scale a team of 5–7 Mid-Market Account Executives, driving pipeline generation, new business execution, revenue attainment, forecasting, hiring, coaching, performance management, and customer relationships. The role requires a player-coach who can manage the full sales cycle, establish best practices, develop talent, and deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets in a high-growth technology environment.

Design and scale highly available backend microservices processing global travel and expense transactions. Lead cross-functional technical initiatives, establish architecture and engineering standards, optimize APIs and event-driven systems, and ensure reliability through observability and production debugging. Mentor engineers, lead architecture reviews, and balance product delivery with long-term scalability and technical health.

Build and operate customer-facing AI agent experiences for loyalty programs, including LLM workflows, tool calling, guardrails, evaluations, monitoring, personalization, and streaming chat. Integrate frontend, backend, APIs, data services, and AI orchestration layers. Partner cross-functionally to ship measurable products, maintain quality, protect sensitive data, and support features in production.

Lead hands-on frontend engineering for Navan’s Edge team, building and improving frontend systems, frameworks, developer tooling, and delivery pipelines. Own features end to end, collaborate with product, design, data science, and engineering teams, conduct design and code reviews, improve performance monitoring and reliability, and mentor engineers. The role also involves full-stack collaboration, driving technical change, and enhancing developer experience and delivery quality.

Build and maintain analytics data models, warehouse tables, views, and automated pipelines using dbt and Snowflake. Ensure data quality, consolidate business-unit data, develop ThoughtSpot dashboards, and analyze complex datasets to support product and operational decisions. Partner with product, engineering, and operations stakeholders, define metrics, improve self-service analytics, leverage AI tools for automation, and document data processes.
