Develop and optimize Linux kernel features and device drivers for enterprise storage arrays. Design and implement high-performance, highly reliable distributed storage systems. Own features end-to-end from design through deployment, solve challenges in distributed consensus, resource management, and data integrity, and collaborate on architecture and code quality to deliver scalable, production-grade platform features.

Operate in-datacenter post-repair validation and recovery of servers, storage, and network hardware; build automation (Ansible, Python); lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis; produce runbooks and diagrams; mentor datacenter operations to improve SLAs and fleet reliability.

Sell Everpure solutions to mid-market accounts across IL, MO, IN, and KY. Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close, drive channel partnerships, develop proposals, manage pipeline and forecasts, and hit quota while working primarily from the Chicago office.

Partner with Evergreen Subscriptions to own financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytics for renewals. Improve reporting, drive automation and quote governance, influence deal structure, and lead cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Deals Desk, Ops, IT, and Accounting to scale subscription revenue.
