Lead the product roadmap and execution for Data Subject Rights (DSR) tools, improving vendor integrations, automating DSR processes, routing requests to downstream platforms, and optimizing opt-out/deletion user experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting customers and internal stakeholders on privacy and data ethics initiatives.

Design, build, and operate scalable, privacy-conscious backend and distributed systems for Clean Room products. Lead architecture, technical delivery, cross-functional collaboration, mentoring, incident response, and improvements in reliability, observability, testing, and developer workflows.

Lead executive relationships and manage a portfolio of strategic Brand customers. Drive adoption, customer health, renewals, contract negotiations, and upsell strategy. Coach and mentor CSMs, collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer experience, deliver QBRs/executive summaries, and lead initiatives that ensure customers realize value from LiveRamp products and solutions.
