Lead design reviews, supplier engagements, instrumentation, data analysis, failure investigations, and corrective actions. Collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, test, and flight teams while mentoring junior personnel and supporting rapid autonomous aircraft development.

Designs and operates scalable platform infrastructure across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments. Builds infrastructure-as-code frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, developer tooling, automation, observability, and secure deployment patterns. Partners with engineering, security, and infrastructure teams to improve reliability, resilience, compliance, and developer productivity across mission-critical systems.

Leads the design, modeling, simulation, testing, validation, and integration of fluid and thermal systems for autonomous aircraft and ground platforms. The role applies first-principles engineering, develops system and custom models, manages suppliers, supports component sourcing, and mentors engineers. It requires deep expertise in heat transfer, fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, thermal management, testing, CAD, and aerospace or defense system development.

Leads execution of an autonomous aircraft demonstration program across engineering, integration, flight test, manufacturing, and operations teams. Coordinates technical planning, subsystem integration, risk mitigation, readiness activities, technical reviews, testing, and executive reporting. Requires deep aerospace or unmanned systems experience and strong systems integration and program leadership skills.

Leads multidisciplinary mission-systems teams developing autonomous military aircraft capabilities. Establishes technical strategy, roadmaps, investments, and organizational priorities; oversees integrated architectures, operational analysis, modeling, simulation, trade studies, integration, testing, certification, flight test, fielding, and sustainment. Partners with engineering, program, product, customers, operators, suppliers, and government stakeholders while developing organizational talent and ensuring safety, airworthiness, cybersecurity, security, and certification compliance.

Evaluates damaged and nonconforming aircraft hardware, develops repair and rework dispositions, creates technical instructions, and maintains configuration-controlled MRB records. Partners with engineering, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, and sustainment teams on field returns, production escapes, supplier issues, root-cause investigations, and corrective actions. Identifies recurring defects and improves inspection, repair, acceptance, and sustainment processes for unmanned aircraft systems.

Supports system-level safety engineering for the X-BAT aircraft platform by deriving and validating safety requirements, conducting hazard analyses, maintaining hazard tracking systems, developing certification evidence, and verifying mitigations. Collaborates with systems engineering, cybersecurity, airworthiness, responsible engineers, and DoD representatives on safety documentation, design reviews, risk assessments, mishap investigations, and readiness reviews.

Lead planning and execution of complex People Experience programs, drive change management and adoption, manage cross-functional stakeholder alignment, establish governance and reporting, and build scalable PX frameworks to improve organizational effectiveness and employee experience.
