Design and validate power electronics for X-BAT aircraft including DC-DC converters, inverters, motor controllers, and battery systems. Perform schematic capture, simulation, prototyping, board bring-up, testing, EMI/EMC mitigation, and support flight-test and qualification. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and follow disciplined engineering and documentation practices under senior mentorship.

Design wire harnesses and cable assemblies for the X-BAT UAV and ground equipment. Collaborate with electrical, avionics, systems, supply chain, and manufacturing teams on connector selection, current/voltage, shielding, and integration. Perform electrical, mechanical, and environmental reliability analysis; prototype, fabricate, test, and debug harnesses; and lead technicians in build, test, and field validation.

Design and develop structural and mechanism systems for autonomous UAV launch/recovery. Create CAD models, perform structural and kinematic calculations and preliminary FEA, prototype and test mechanisms, support pre-production and flight testing, collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in design reviews, and improve design processes and configuration management.

Lead simulation-driven testing and automation for autonomy software. Build and maintain simulation-based test frameworks and test harnesses (SIL/HIL/VIL), develop Python tooling for test automation and data analysis, execute regression/integration tests, diagnose issues with developers, integrate tests into CI/CD, and maintain test documentation and metrics for mission-critical autonomous aircraft systems.

Design and develop primary and secondary structural components for a next-generation UAV. Perform CAD modeling, hand calculations, limited FEA, generate drawings and documentation, support validation and testing, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and iterate hardware through manufacturing and flight tests.

The Production Supervisor oversees V-BAT manufacturing, ensuring efficient workflows, quality standards, and process improvements while leading a team and complying with aerospace regulations.

Manage a team of engineers developing autonomy applications, focusing on customer use cases, operational readiness, and training material creation.
