Design and optimize tooling, fixtures, and assembly processes for advanced composite airframes. Develop SOPs and work instructions, collaborate with design/quality/production, perform RCCA, ensure aerospace standards compliance, and support efficient prototype and production manufacturing.

Manage a team to deliver production-ready autonomous capabilities for DoD and commercial contracts, provide technical leadership across IRAD and government programs, and support proposals and customer-facing engineering.

Lead and execute global shipping, receiving, import/export, and warehouse operations. Ensure compliance with ITAR/EAR and DG regulations, manage freight forwarders and customs processes, maintain inventory in ERP/WMS, investigate logistics issues, support customer deliveries and field deployments, and mentor junior staff while driving process improvements.

Manage indirect procurement by executing and tracking purchase orders, sourcing vendors, negotiating pricing and terms, maintaining ERP records (Deltek Costpoint), onboarding suppliers, reconciling invoices, forecasting needs, and implementing procurement best practices.

Lead simulation-driven testing and automation for autonomy software: develop automated regression/integration/system tests, build and maintain simulation-based test frameworks and tools (SIL/HIL/VIL), diagnose issues with developers, scale simulation infrastructure, create test plans, and integrate test coverage into CI/CD pipelines using Python.

Develop, deploy, and maintain internal engineering tools and frameworks that integrate EDA, CAD, and PLM systems. Build automation, databases, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized packages to accelerate electrical and production workflows and support cross-disciplinary teams.

Deploy and integrate Shield AI's Hivemind autonomy software with customers worldwide, provide technical support and training, develop autonomy applications using the enterprise SDK, assist sales and post-sales integration, document solutions, and collaborate with product engineering to resolve customer issues.
