The role partners cross-functionally to develop scalable factories, improve throughput and quality, establish manufacturing standards, and support production ramps, NPI, and future factory expansion.

Lead composite manufacturing engineering across multiple programs, optimizing processes for throughput, quality, and cost. Launch a new jet production line, define composite part producibility, deploy equipment, tooling, automation, and production software, integrate vendors, standardize manufacturing systems, and mentor engineers and production personnel. The role requires strong expertise in composite machining, lamination, assembly, CAD, process improvement, and factory-scale execution in a rapid-growth environment.

Provide high-level executive support to the CMO and Marketing leadership: manage complex calendars and travel, coordinate meetings and events, prepare executive presentations, track action items and budgets, handle confidential information, support cross-functional initiatives, and serve as a senior EA partner and mentor across the Executive Assistant community.

Supports cybersecurity compliance and accreditation for classified information systems across multiple classification levels. Responsibilities include implementing RMF and NIST 800-53 controls, maintaining SSPs and POA&Ms, managing vulnerabilities, analyzing ACAS/Nessus scans, supporting incident response and audits, ensuring STIG compliance, overseeing Cross Domain Solutions, maintaining secure baselines, and advising engineers and administrators on secure designs and multi-level security environments.

Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers, support production scaling, influence cross-functional decisions, and mentor quality team members.

Develop, integrate, validate, and field autonomy software for unmanned air, maritime, space, and expendable platforms. Lead feature crews or sub-programs, author interface contracts, coordinate with autonomy, perception, C2, and platform partners, and mentor engineers. Own mission-ready builds, hardware/software integration, live testing, debugging, performance optimization, simulation-based issue reproduction, and continuous process improvement. Travel 10–20% for customer sites, integration events, and mission tests.
