Lead end-to-end manufacturing programs from concept to production, coordinating cross-functional teams (engineering, supply chain, quality, facilities) to hit build and ramp milestones. Drive readiness gates, mitigate bottlenecks, manage change impact (ECR/ECO), integrate facilities/equipment, maintain risk registers, and improve program management standards and execution cadence.

Own full hardware development cycle, drive PCB layout, harden designs for harsh environments, mentor engineers, lead reviews, and manage program timelines through production.

Lead global sourcing strategy for electronic/electromechanical or mechanical commodities, manage suppliers and long-term agreements, ensure AS9100/FAI compliance, drive cost reductions and TCO optimization, partner cross-functionally (engineering, operations, finance, legal) and use ERP/MRP and analytics for spend visibility and forecasting.

Develop and maintain Python-based analytics, automated test orchestration, and scenario-generation pipelines for autonomy simulation. Build adapters in C++/Python, analyze logs/rosbags, deploy distributed orchestration with Terraform/Kubernetes, and create telemetry ingestion and reporting frameworks to validate AI Pilot behaviors across secure and commercial environments.

Lead design and integration of high-performance C++ and Python systems across distributed, real-time environments. Own CI/CD, containerization, build tooling, messaging/APIs, and debugging. Drive end-to-end integration, mentor engineers, set technical direction, and evaluate technologies to improve system performance and stability in autonomy and simulation domains.

Lead a multidisciplinary propulsion team to develop flight-critical propulsion subsystems and components from concept through flight operations. Oversee design, integration, testing, supplier coordination, and cross-functional alignment for valves, ducts, thermal and fluid systems in high-temperature, vibration-prone aerospace environments.

Own tooling lifecycle for complex aerospace assemblies: design jigs, fixtures, molds, gauges and handling tooling; perform FEA and tolerance validation; produce complete tool design packages; lead reviews; manage fabrication, shop-floor prove-out, and first-article metrology; create PM, setup, and inspection documentation.
