Partner with technical teams on integrations and internal AI builds while maintaining vendor guardrails and ensuring safe, valuable adoption.

The Mortgage Trader manages interest rate risk by executing trades on MBS and whole loans, pricing, and supporting sales through effective communication and operational excellence. Responsibilities include monitoring market conditions, executing trades, and providing analytical insights to improve operational performance.

Leads enterprise data engineering initiatives by designing and optimizing data pipelines, data lakes, warehouses, and analytics infrastructure. Uses Snowflake, Informatica, SQL, and related technologies to integrate diverse data sources, improve data quality, secure PII, and support analytics and data science teams. Establishes governance, monitoring, scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency practices while mentoring teammates and partnering with stakeholders on complex technical solutions.

Manages mortgage loan workout closing and completion processes, including document quality control, modification reconciliation, escrow and funds verification, investor submissions, recording, delinquency resolution, and buyout preparation. Ensures compliance with FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, USDA, CFPB, and federal regulatory requirements. Coordinates with cashiering, loan accounting, escrow, cash management, and investor accounting teams while troubleshooting discrepancies, maintaining records, processing payments, and improving procedures.
