Develop co-marketing campaigns, partner enablement assets, launches, events, and growth programs that generate pipeline and revenue. Track performance, campaign ROI, and partner engagement while supporting executive-level communications and quarterly business reviews. Build AI agents and automated workflows using Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini to streamline reporting, content creation, and campaign operations.

Owns growth and revenue performance for a LegalZoom product portfolio through positioning, pricing, packaging, customer journey optimization, commercialization, campaigns, cross-sell, and go-to-market strategy. The role leads competitive research, messaging, testing, market insights, and cross-functional collaboration while building AI agents and automated workflows to scale product marketing operations.

Owns AI-driven product design from ambiguous problem framing through production-quality prototypes and shipped experiences. Extends design systems, contributes directly to front-end implementation using AI development tools, evaluates and refines AI-generated work, collaborates with product and engineering, and mentors designers. The role requires startup experience, zero-to-one product delivery, strong design fundamentals, Git and GitHub fluency, prompt scaffolding, and autonomous execution.

Lead visual direction and hands-on execution across LegalZoom’s brand, marketing, advertising, web, editorial, and digital experiences. Develop visual systems, templates, and design patterns; collaborate with marketing, product, content, engineering, and agencies; and translate business goals into customer-centered designs. Champion craft through critiques and mentorship, present work to stakeholders, manage complex initiatives from concept through launch, and integrate AI-powered creative workflows and emerging digital design practices.

Own forecasting, performance management, financial modeling, variance analysis, annual operating plans, and long-range planning. Partner with Finance teams and senior leaders to identify business drivers, risks, and opportunities, then communicate actionable financial insights to the CFO and leadership. Improve financial processes through automation, AI, and emerging tools while supporting strategic analytical projects.

Own and grow a book of small-business clients through consultative discovery, solution design, acquisition, retention, and cross-selling. Advise owners on business formation, compliance, workforce, contracts, tax, bookkeeping, licensing, and expansion. Run a pilot, convert learnings into a scalable playbook, and help build and lead the future Business Manager team while meeting revenue, attach-rate, and retention goals.

Leads end-to-end market research initiatives, including study design, surveys, field management, analysis, and presentations. Conducts customer journey, persona, competitive intelligence, and brand health research to inform product and marketing strategy. Manages research vendors, budgets, timelines, data platforms, and cross-functional stakeholder relationships. Develops AI-enabled research workflows to scale insights, automate processes, and improve marketing impact.

Leads end-to-end sales operations projects, including process mapping, workflow design, analytics, CRM audits, reporting, and operational readiness. Analyzes sales and contact center data to identify performance gaps, develops SOPs and measurement frameworks, translates business needs into technical requirements, and facilitates cross-functional alignment across sales and customer experience teams. The role is onsite in Reno, Nevada, with occasional travel.

Owns onsite training and enablement for LegalZoom’s Reno hub. Designs and facilitates new-hire, ongoing, and upskilling programs; develops instructional content and performance-support resources; analyzes QA, operational, and learner data; and partners with cross-functional teams to improve adoption, conversion, quality, and time-to-proficiency. The role also uses AI and modern enablement technologies to improve learning effectiveness and frontline performance.
