Own storytelling, SEO/AEO/GEO optimization, editorial calendar, content governance, webinar and speaker programs, cross-functional alignment, and performance measurement to support demand generation and product marketing.

Leads the architectural vision, technology strategy, and long-term evolution of Conga’s B2B platform. Designs scalable enterprise SaaS and distributed systems, establishes architecture governance, advances cloud-native and data capabilities, evaluates technologies, and guides modernization. Partners with Product, Engineering, Security, Operations, Data, and executive leaders while mentoring architects and senior technical contributors. The role focuses on Azure-based, API-first, event-driven platforms supporting Revenue Lifecycle Management and Pricing Solutions.

Establishes and operates CI/CD solutions and cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, OpenShift, and IBM Cloud. Responsibilities include IAM and security compliance, observability and centralized logging, Jenkins and Travis CI pipelines, Kubernetes and Helm administration, Rancher cluster management, cloud cost optimization, and Terraform-based infrastructure provisioning. The role is fully remote within the United States and requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience plus at least five years of progressively responsible experience.

Leads the People Partner function supporting globally distributed Operations and Services teams. Provides strategic and hands-on guidance on performance management, talent assessment, career development, compensation benchmarking, annual compensation planning, employee experience, and organizational change. Manages and mentors a regional People Partner team, partners with business leaders, improves HR processes, and supports talent and workforce strategy. Requires approximately 10% domestic and international travel.

Drive 100% new-business enterprise sales for Conga’s revenue lifecycle management solutions. Prospect, develop, manage, and close complex B2B SaaS opportunities while building territory and account plans. Partner with sales engineering, marketing, customer success, professional services, and other teams to deliver tailored solutions, exceed quotas, and support transformational customer outcomes. Candidates need strong enterprise technology sales experience, solution-selling ability, executive communication skills, and familiarity with CPQ, CLM, revenue optimization, document generation, and e-signature products.

Own strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Rebate Management product. Define product requirements, prioritize backlog with engineering, translate customer feedback into features, track product-health metrics, and align cross-functionally with Pricing, CPQ, and Data Platform teams to deliver integrated commercial workflows.

Define and execute go-to-market strategy, messaging, positioning, and sales enablement for Manage and Fulfill products and the Conga Platform/Cloud. Conduct market segmentation, persona and competitive analysis, create content and enablement assets, support partner programs and events, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive sales, renewals, and revenue.
