Serve as Datadog technical expert for channel partners: onboard, train, enable, and certify partner technical teams; support demos and proofs-of-value; align on joint business plans; advocate partner technical needs internally; analyze partner services and recommend adoption improvements; collaborate with product, engineering, and technical services to prioritize features and evolve platform best practices.

Lead U.S. multi-state sales and use tax compliance, support audits, coordinate global VAT/GST obligations, monitor nexus and e-invoicing changes, partner with cross-functional teams to embed tax controls, and develop scalable processes and SOX-aligned documentation.

Lead and grow a team of data analysts to deliver recurring product analytics, partner with PMs and cross-functional teams, build AI-first analytical workflows, define metrics and standards, and present insights to senior leadership to drive product decisions.

Design, build, and operate multi-region, multi-cloud network infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure. Own cloud-to-cloud and customer connectivity, troubleshoot latency/packet-loss via pcap and path analysis, set technical direction for network expansion, improve cross-region connectivity, and identify network cost and efficiency improvements while participating in incident response and on-call rotation.

Build and maintain Bazel-based build, test, and packaging tools for a large monorepo. Improve CI performance and cost efficiency, run complex migrations, keep pipelines reliable, and contribute upstream to the Bazel ecosystem. Own projects end-to-end and collaborate with developers to improve tool usability and developer productivity.

Plan and execute AI and developer-focused events and content, coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, manage onsite speaker experience and event operations, maintain event tools and website, track deliverables, mitigate risks, and improve processes to scale community and advocacy programming.
