Partner with BYOC, Log Management, BitsAI, Platform, GTM and Solution Architects to drive onboarding, security/compliance offerings, and market adoption; gather customer insights and present to industry analysts.

Lead product vision and roadmap for a unified fleet and lifecycle management platform that manages observability agents and collectors across hosts and Kubernetes. Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams to expand supported components, define "managed" behaviors, sequence rollout, set success metrics, and represent customer needs for both human operators and AI agents. Build business cases, validate with customers, and communicate trade-offs to stakeholders.

Serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers, driving product adoption, providing hands-on IT operations guidance, performing environment analysis, conducting business reviews, collaborating with product and engineering teams, and improving best practices to maximize Datadog value.

Support enterprise security sales by identifying customer requirements, demonstrating Datadog security solutions, providing technical expertise during evaluations and proof-of-value initiatives, and developing proposals and sales materials. The role partners with sales, product, and engineering teams, tracks security trends and vulnerabilities, influences product development, and represents Datadog at industry events. Travel up to 30% is required.

Drive adoption of Datadog security solutions in strategic enterprise accounts. Partner with engineering teams, coach communication, engage open-source communities, develop integrations, and provide product feedback. The role requires production operations experience, incident response and on-call expertise, familiarity with service-management tools, programming or scripting skills, cloud and container experience, and publicly available technical content.

Leads regional enterprise Sales Engineering strategy, execution, operations, and team development. Oversees frontline SE leaders, strategic customer engagements, technical sales cycles, resource allocation, forecasting, hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
