Develop and maintain system and subsystem requirements, interface control documents, and verification matrices. Perform requirements flow-down, trade studies, and systems integration activities. Facilitate technical discussions across disciplines, support design, procurement, integration, test, verification and validation across the product lifecycle, and use modeling/requirements tools to support MBSE.

Perform structural/stress analysis for propulsion components (inlet and fan cowl) using analytical methods and finite-element models; develop and document structural requirements, support testing and certification, investigate in-service failures, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support production and fabrication activities.

Manage supplier relationships and performance to meet contractual obligations; develop and execute supply base plans; analyze supplier quality, delivery and financial data; identify risks and mitigation plans; lead supplier improvement activities and inform contracting strategies. Support DoD contracts and ensure export control compliance.

Develop SOWs and proposal estimates for aircraft modifications, define starting configurations, assess risks and certification impacts, classify projects per safety requirements, coordinate design groups, and capture lessons learned to improve proposal quality.

Lead sustainment program management and integration across engineering, logistics, supply chain, quality, scheduling, finance, and contracts. Strengthen PMBPs, develop execution plans, manage metrics and RIOs, coordinate with DCMA and suppliers, and support daily Statement of Work execution in a classified environment.
