Lead architecture and implementation of automated, secure lab provisioning and integration workflows for development, integration, and test. Drive automation-first practices, standardize baselines, improve asset visibility, enforce security/compliance, mentor technical teams, and coordinate across engineering, test, cybersecurity, and program leadership to increase reliability and reduce manual effort.

Support systems engineering for the E-7A program: plan, design, develop, and verify system-of-systems solutions; define and integrate performance requirements; perform analyses (affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, security, certification); and support requirements management, risk/issues/opportunity tracking, and technology readiness assessments.

Perform system- and airplane-level safety analyses across development, modification, and operations for F-15 programs. Identify hazards in hardware/software/firmware, propose mitigations, document compliance with safety standards, support investigations of in-service issues, and develop certification strategies while coordinating with stakeholders and regulatory/customer requirements.

Build and maintain ETL pipelines and databases from Boeing systems, normalize and analyze structured and unstructured data, apply NLP/ML (including LLMs, RAG, neural nets, transformers) to cost-estimating tools, and support development of parametric cost models, dashboards, and reports.

Design, develop and document propulsion-related structural and interior payload systems using 3D CAD. Integrate analysis and test data, manage supplier development and production activities, and improve design/analysis processes and tools.

Evaluate aircraft hardware, software, and firmware to identify safety hazards and propose mitigations. Lead and validate safety, mission success, and airworthiness activities; perform independent risk assessments, anomaly/failure reviews, MAIRs and flight/test readiness reviews, support root cause corrective actions, and report mission success metrics while collaborating across engineering disciplines.

Perform structural requirements development and verification for propulsion-related components using analytical methods and finite element simulations. Coordinate with engineering groups, support testing and certification documentation, investigate in-service failures, and support product lifecycle activities for metallic and composite structures under general direction.

Design, implement, test, and maintain cloud-native microservices and non-embedded software for platform health management. Participate in full SDLC on an Agile team within CI/CD, debug complex issues, integrate components, translate customer requirements into designs, and improve software processes and metrics.

Develop and execute environmental test procedures for spacecraft hardware (vibration, thermal, TVAC). Maintain test equipment, author SOPs, troubleshoot failures, implement process improvements and automation to increase throughput and ensure space-grade reliability. Support qualification and acceptance campaigns and enable manufacturing test scalability.

Support supplier quality for mission-critical aerospace commodities by reviewing contractual/QMS requirements, creating supplier inspection plans, conducting requirement reviews and FAIs, analyzing nonconformances and trends, ensuring manufacturing/test readiness, and compiling performance and statistical reports.
