Leads Affirm’s global People Business Partner and Employee Relations functions, setting their strategy and operating model. Advises executives on workforce strategy, organizational design, talent planning, succession, performance, and change. Oversees complex employee relations matters, investigations, and conduct issues while partnering with Legal on employment risk. Builds high-performing teams and uses workforce and ER insights to improve organizational health and business performance.

Own and optimize top-of-funnel revenue processes, including lead routing, lifecycle management, workflow automation, attribution tracking, and funnel analysis. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Business Systems, and other teams to improve Salesforce and go-to-market tooling, maintain data integrity, manage cross-functional initiatives, and train revenue teams on process and tooling changes.

Lead and deliver quarterly goals for a backend team; guide engineers through ambiguous problems; collaborate with product, design, and analytics; identify and resolve project and technical issues; ensure operational availability and on-call readiness; set code and design quality standards; and mentor and develop team members.

Lead and build the Affirm Bank accounting function during bank formation. Oversee GL operations, regulatory and monthly financial reporting, audit coordination, process automation, cash management, and financial analysis. Manage and recruit the accounting team and partner cross-functionally to integrate bank accounting into Affirm's systems while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsible for leading a team of engineers, supporting product development, identifying technical issues, and ensuring high-quality code delivery in backend systems at scale.

Support risk and analytics efforts by performing SQL/Python-based analysis, monitoring portfolio health, building scalable reports, collaborating cross-functionally, and integrating AI tools to surface insights that inform product, risk, and growth decisions.

Serve as strategic partner to the SVP of Product to scale product leadership: run leadership rhythms, own headcount and budget planning, drive AI enablement, curate external product narrative, manage org-health metrics, and resolve cross-functional structural issues to increase decision speed and org effectiveness.

Collaborate with PM, design, and analytics; own operational reliability, monitoring, on-call, testing, and runbooks; set code/design standards; drive major feature delivery and deprecations; mentor and develop engineering talent.

Lead strategy and execution for Affirm's Shopping & Offers consumer surfaces (Home, Search, Profile). Define vision, own roadmaps, drive experiments and funnel analysis, partner cross-functionally, and hire and scale a high-performing product management team to improve conversion, engagement, and revenue.

Own end-to-end analytical lifecycle to develop and optimize business, risk, and growth strategies. Monitor portfolio and macro trends, build and interpret ML-driven models, lead cross-functional launches, mentor junior analysts, and build AI-assisted workflows to improve decisioning and measurement across products and geographies.
