Oversee inventory lifecycle for the Phoenix Fulfillment Authentication Center: perform weekly counts, analyze consumption, forecast and order supplies, receive and track deliveries, organize storage areas, coordinate with vendors, distribute supplies across departments, and support related projects to maintain optimal stock levels and operational efficiency.

Design and deliver inclusive employee experience programs across the lifecycle. Lead onboarding, ERG strategy, engagement and recognition tools, integrate DEI into people processes, partner cross-functionally, measure impact using engagement metrics, and optimize culture and internal brand.
