Support overhaul engineering for an FAA-certified aerospace repair station: diagnose manufacturing issues, develop and implement repair schemes, improve test systems and processes, reduce cost, and collaborate with customers and operations. Lead technical direction for aircraft systems products, define system architectures and requirements, drive integration, verification, and certification, mentor engineers, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage system analysis, risk mitigation, and testing (lab, ground, flight) to deliver certified avionics and aircraft system solutions.

Drive program management best practices, performance metrics, strategic initiatives (including AI use), and serve as delegate for the Program Management VP.

Provide documentation, configuration management, and technical support for defense navigation system product development. Coordinate engineering data, support ECN-based releases in TeamCenter, manage product configuration, ensure export-control compliance, facilitate change meetings, respond to data inquiries, and perform structured HW/SW lab tests for embedded navigation products.
