Lead mechanical design engineering for aerospace gas turbine engine and power systems test equipment. Own conceptual through detailed design of test cells, stands, and special test equipment, lead multidisciplinary teams, perform CAD/FEA, apply GD&T and ASME Y14 standards, ensure manufacturability, cost estimation, milestone compliance, and mentor engineers.

Lead calibration activities for Inertial Sensor Assemblies, develop and improve test stations and calibration software, automate test scripts, document procedures, train technicians, and support hardware/software integration and compliance.

Lead applied R&D for MEMS and quartz inertial sensors (accelerometers, gyros, pressure sensors). Develop device concepts, design and simulate microsystems, write proposals, translate customer requirements into product/device specs, plan and execute sensor development and testing, and analyze sensor performance across environmental conditions.

Lead capture and business development for Honeywell's participation on Boeing's Next‑Generation Narrowbody program. Own pursuit planning, competitive analysis, proposal strategy, value articulation, and cross‑functional alignment from shaping through contract award. Build Boeing relationships, drive price‑to‑win and proposal development, manage reviews and negotiations, and ensure financial and compliance accountability across internal stakeholders.

Lead advanced product development and technology transfer for aerospace navigation systems. Drive new product introductions, champion digital engineering and MBSE, ensure certification and quality, foster innovation, and develop high-performing cross-disciplinary engineering teams.
