Lead consumer insights strategy and research execution, translating qualitative and quantitative findings into product innovation and marketing recommendations. Present complex insights to executives, advocate for consumer needs, manage research budgets and plans, moderate focus groups and interviews, and guide early-stage product development. Create multiple formats, analyze retention, and continuously recut and improve content distributed across more than 30 markets.

Leads qualitative and quantitative consumer research supporting new product development. Develops research plans, surveys, and interview guides; moderates focus groups and interviews; manages research resources and budgets; identifies unmet customer needs; translates feedback into innovation recommendations; synthesizes findings; and presents strategic, actionable insights to cross-functional teams and leadership.

Analyze and optimize paid search, social, and affiliate campaigns to achieve ROAS and revenue goals. Identify customer acquisition and efficiency opportunities, contribute to campaign strategy, and provide reporting, insights, and launch forecasts. Coordinate with media teams, internal departments, partners, and agencies while managing timelines, budgets, billing, forecasts, and deliverables.

Supports development of wearable and biomedical devices across prototyping, testing, data analysis, validation, and refinement. Applies biomechanics, signal processing, control systems, mechanical design, and physiological signal analysis to sensor-enabled products. Uses MATLAB or Python to analyze data and develop models, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and evaluates safety, usability, reliability, materials, and user experience in skin-contact applications.

Develop and refine consumer product concepts through mechanical design, CAD modeling, prototyping, testing, and iteration. Collaborate with industrial design, electrical engineering, marketing, and manufacturing teams across the product lifecycle. Conduct design studies and technical investigations, build physical prototypes, perform user testing, and resolve mechanical, usability, performance, ergonomics, and manufacturability challenges.

Create bold, vertical-first product demonstration content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and global markets. Develop concepts, shoot, edit, and publish short-form videos that visually prove SharkNinja products through controlled tests, torture tests, experiments, stunts, and everyday-use demonstrations. Collaborate with product, engineering, brand, and regional marketing teams while working onsite in a facility involving water, fire, dust, food, and mess. Candidates may contribute as creators, writers, editors, on-camera talent, or one-person production crews.

Develop and execute brand strategies, product roadmaps, go-to-market plans, messaging, packaging, digital, retail, PR, and social campaigns. Analyze consumer, category, competitive, and performance data to guide product positioning, assortment, pricing, and innovation decisions. Support retailer sell-in, creative development, product launches, and post-launch evaluations while coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects.
