The AI Product Manager oversees AI initiatives, translating business goals into actionable plans, collaborating on product delivery, and ensuring data integrity and compliance.

Leads qualitative and quantitative consumer research supporting trends, early-stage product development, and innovation. Develops research plans, surveys, interview guides, and focus groups; identifies unmet customer needs; translates feedback into product recommendations; manages internal and external research resources and budgets; synthesizes complex findings; and presents actionable insights to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.

Manage Product Excellence programs across the product lifecycle, from inception through end-of-life. Track quality requirements, star-rating predictions, testing, certification gaps, VEGA Hack actions, STOP Production issues, JIRA items, and RCCA closures. Coordinate Engineering, Product Development, Testing, Supply Chain, and regional teams; escalate risks, ensure accountability, and represent Product Excellence in executive and cross-functional forums. Drive timely issue resolution, consumer-focused quality outcomes, and consistent program-management standards.

Supports consumer product development from brainstorming through mass production, defining specifications based on consumer needs, market gaps, and technology. Owns category sales performance, analyzes competitors, informs future product opportunities, and communicates legacy product insights. Partners with testing, quality, and cross-functional teams to manage product performance, deliverables, and launches.

Leads Shark Beauty product demonstrations and storytelling, translating product performance into compelling experiences for launches, sales, education, content, and marketing. Partners with product, lab, salon, creative, social, PR, and external experts to test prototypes, evaluate competitors, validate claims, and gather consumer feedback. Manages a small team while personally developing demos, establishing scalable standards, and building repeatable tools and libraries for product experiences.

Own testing activities for physical consumer products, including test planning, protocol development, fixture design, test setup and execution, black-box validation, data collection, reporting, and test automation. Coordinate resources in the United States and China, order testing equipment, learn new lab tools, and document results. The role requires an engineering degree, technical hands-on ability, basic statistical knowledge, strong documentation skills, and familiarity with tools such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or Python.

Analyze global operations and finance data, build predictive and simulation models, optimize supply chain processes, and develop KPI dashboards. The role forecasts demand, inventory, and procurement needs; assesses supply chain risks; improves logistics and supplier performance; maintains data repositories; and communicates actionable insights to procurement, finance, logistics, manufacturing, and other cross-functional stakeholders.

Supports Shark brand marketing across beauty and home products through consumer research, competitive analysis, campaign planning, influencer and creator engagement, product launches, packaging updates, sampling, events, agency coordination, and sales enablement. Reviews marketing collateral, maintains category databases, analyzes SKU assortments and digital campaigns, identifies growth opportunities, and contributes creative ideas while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Develops visual concepts and creative blueprints for campaigns, including moodboards, style guides, pre-production decks, storyboards, set and wardrobe direction, and social-first visual systems. Partners with creative, production, design, motion, editing, and external teams to execute product, paid media, retail, photography, and social content. Uses AI tools to accelerate exploration and maintains visual quality across projects.

Lead a multidisciplinary robotics engineering team developing autonomous consumer products from concept through mass production. Own robotic system design, mechanical and electrical integration, embedded controls, sensors, actuators, batteries, prototyping, testing, verification, and validation. Drive improvements in cost, manufacturability, quality, reliability, and consumer value while collaborating with international product teams and executives. Hire, mentor, and develop engineers while delivering robust robotic systems.
