Sell Imprivata access and security solutions to mid-enterprise healthcare accounts in the Northeastern US. Generate new business, manage account strategy, demo products, negotiate and close deals, expand existing accounts, maintain forecasts in Salesforce.com, and collaborate with internal teams and solution engineers. Own the hardware product lifecycle and roadmap for access management devices (badge readers, biometrics, peripherals). Lead supplier partnerships, firmware/integration efforts, regulatory and field readiness, cross-functional launches, and metrics to drive adoption and customer experience in healthcare and enterprise environments.

Manage strategic engagement with large enterprise customers to drive product adoption, value realization, renewals, and expansion. Build executive relationships, create Success Plans, lead business reviews, coordinate cross-functional resources, track adoption and health in Gainsight, and meet an annual ARR quota while leveraging AI-enabled tools.
