Serve as primary patient contact for aesthetic treatments: manage scheduling, optimize provider calendars, handle check-in/check-out and payments, communicate with clinical staff, maintain EMR records and inventory, support front office operations, and perform outreach to fill cancellations.

Plan and execute in-clinic events and community partnerships to drive patient engagement and new client conversions. Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, invitations, signage, and follow-up. Build B2B local partnerships, represent the brand at events, and develop referral, VIP, and loyalty programs. Track event attendance, leads, and program performance to recommend improvements and enhance patient retention.
