Build and lead Ashley’s consumer insights capability, including research roadmaps, custom qualitative and quantitative studies, insights repositories, prioritization processes, and executive-ready storytelling. Be measured on measurable business outcomes and scale winning tests and initiatives.

Lead end-to-end performance of customer-facing conversational AI and knowledge base. Design, test, and optimize AI conversations, define intents and success metrics, analyze KPIs, maintain enterprise knowledge, run continuous improvement using analytics and experimentation, and partner cross-functionally to improve CX and business outcomes.

Own and execute the executive reporting cadence (MBRs/QBRs), synthesize financial and operational inputs into concise, decision-ready presentations, drive follow-through on actions, partner with senior leaders, and continuously improve business reporting and communication processes.

Manage marketing operations for eCommerce growth: enforce asset governance, prioritize creative production, traffic ads, ensure data integrity in reporting, analyze campaign performance, and present recommendations to improve campaign strategy and execution.

Lead and scale Amazon advertising for Signature By Ashley across Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, and DSP. Use AMC for audience insights and attribution, build automated campaign structures in Pacvue, optimize creative and bids, partner with data and marketplace teams, track performance and ROI, and attend in-person Amazon QBRs.

Lead the Ashley eCommerce product team to define vision, roadmap, and execution across browse, search, PDP, cart/checkout, promotions, and post-purchase. Use data, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration to drive conversion, revenue, AOV, and customer satisfaction. Hire, mentor, and operationalize product practices while communicating strategy and results to executives.

The Manager, Search & AI Visibility will execute SEO strategies across multiple brands, optimize web performance, partner with engineering, and enhance organic visibility through analytics and reporting.

Drive inbound sales via phone, email, and chat using consultative discovery to recommend products, close purchases, upsell/cross-sell, meet monthly targets, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while collaborating with team members and staying product-knowledgeable.
