As a Software Engineer, you will design and build backend services for Relativity's generative AI platform, focusing on scalability and reliability in distributed systems.

Provide technical support for a product vertical, troubleshoot and resolve software/network issues, run basic SQL queries, maintain tickets in Salesforce, escalate when needed, meet SLAs, obtain Public Trust clearance, and deliver excellent customer service during assigned CST shifts.

Lead product strategy and delivery for cloud-native infrastructure and AI platform capabilities. Define roadmaps, translate technical constraints into requirements, improve developer experience and observability, track product metrics, and drive adoption through cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Security, Finance, and partners.

Design, build, and operate distributed, cloud-native full‑stack services and data pipelines at petabyte scale. Troubleshoot production issues, lead incident response and root cause analysis, mentor engineers, influence reliability/security/performance practices, and participate in on-call rotations to ensure highly available, scalable AI-powered legal data solutions.

Design, develop, and maintain partner-facing enablement content, learning journeys, and GTM assets. Manage Partner Portal and asset library, run onboarding and launch programs, ensure content governance, and iterate using partner feedback and engagement data.

Contribute to building and operating scalable cloud services, develop user interfaces, collaborate on products, and improve engineering practices.
