Lead Raycon’s consumer hardware product engine, managing 10+ annual product bets from briefs and component decisions through EVT, DVT, PVT, mass production, launch, and post-launch health. Manage and coach the PM team while personally owning strategic categories. Set investment and kill criteria, improve product quality and ratings, coordinate OEM/JDM partners, manage cross-functional tradeoffs, and scale proven products across audio and adjacent categories.

Own consumer hardware products from concept through mass production, managing specifications, schedules, vendors, manufacturers, engineering partners, and cross-functional execution. Lead product and component tradeoffs, translate customer needs into PRDs and success metrics, monitor quality and budget, support launch readiness, and incorporate post-launch learnings into future product cycles.
