Lead development of predictive models and algorithms for supply chain optimization. Analyze large datasets, design experiments, build ML and simulation solutions, collaborate with IT/product teams to deploy scalable analytics products, mentor analysts, and drive data-driven operational improvements.

Investigate and manage workers’ compensation claims from initial review through resolution, including evaluations, negotiations, statutory filings, settlement, fraud detection, and subrogation. Maintain compliance with legal requirements, manage claim financial authority, reduce total risk costs, and coordinate with associates, attorneys, healthcare providers, vendors, safety teams, brands, and internal departments. Resolve claim issues, communicate updates, and meet caseload and service-level targets.

Uses SAP Integration Suite, BTP, MuleSoft, ETL tools, APIs, orchestration, Kafka, and event-driven patterns. Establishes integration standards for governance, security, observability, error handling, and deployment. Partners with system integrators and architecture teams, conducts design and code reviews, resolves issues, supports DevOps and modernization, and mentors engineers while remaining hands-on.

Leads enterprise data platform architecture, engineering standards, automation, security, governance, observability, and cloud integration. Designs scalable batch and streaming pipelines connecting SAP, legacy systems, Databricks, and enterprise data products. Guides SAP transformation data harmonization, analytics and reporting strategy, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, reliability, and platform roadmaps.
