Lead technical client onboarding, migrations, solution design, integrations, data orchestration, troubleshooting, and project delivery for Movable Ink’s AI-powered personalization platform. Partner with clients and internal teams to implement custom workflows, APIs, webhooks, and data solutions. The role develops platform and email ecosystem expertise while preparing to manage an independent book of business.

Leads product strategy and a team of senior product managers across data ingestion, normalization, workflows, orchestration, governance, and third-party integrations. Partners closely with Engineering on architecture, APIs, and platform roadmaps; manages vendor relationships and integration launches; collaborates with Partnerships, Sales, and Customer Experience; and advocates for customer needs while connecting data investments to AI, personalization, analytics, and reporting.

Own technical product positioning and differentiation for a B2B SaaS platform. Translate architecture, APIs, integrations, and data flows into messaging for technical and executive audiences. Create architecture diagrams, integration guides, sales assets, enablement materials, RFP responses, and thought leadership. Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Solutions teams on product launches, enterprise opportunities, technical evaluations, and integration narratives.

Generate qualified sales opportunities via outbound outreach (phone, email, social), discovery calls, and research. Qualify prospects, build mock-ups and presentation materials, log activity in the sales database, and collaborate with Account Executives to maintain a healthy pipeline. Role emphasizes organization, prospect research, and handoffs to sales for conversion.

Build and qualify pipeline by prospecting senior decision-makers across a North America territory via phone, email, and social. Assess needs, surface pain points, create mock-ups, and hand off qualified opportunities to Account Directors. Maintain accurate notes and CRM records, research accounts to craft outreach strategies, and collaborate with sales teams to nurture contacts and support deal progression.
