Lead large-scale architectural changes (database sharding, event bus, search scaling), mentor engineers, drive cross-team best practices, and collaborate with InfoSec on compliance and security automation.

Lead, coach, and scale an outbound BDR team to build qualified pipeline for enterprise and mid-market SaaS. Own prospecting playbooks, CRM hygiene, reporting, forecasting, and cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps. Stay hands-on by joining calls, running performance reviews, and introducing AI tooling to improve prospecting efficiency.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for Kustomer's core platform. Gather customer and internal feedback, define features, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive end-to-end product delivery with focus on AI-enabled capabilities and measurable customer impact.
