Lead firmwide AI governance initiatives for GenAI, LLM tools, and AI models. Partners with product managers, engineering, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, improve products, and integrate AI-powered tools and automation. Screens calls, handles confidential information with discretion, anticipates issues, and coordinates effectively with the administrative assistant team. The role requires strong organization, professionalism, attention to detail, communication skills, flexibility, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and AI/LLM tools. It is fully onsite five days per week.

Lead development and operation of scalable machine learning training platforms across AWS and Kubernetes. Optimize distributed GPU workloads, training performance, reproducibility, cost, and observability. Build CI/CD automation, standardized containers, governance, and self-service workflows for deep learning and generative AI training. Partner with platform and data engineering teams on security, access, and infrastructure standards. Partners across Product, Design, Security, and SRE to deliver secure, scalable systems using Python, React, AWS, FastAPI, databases, CI/CD, and modern software engineering practices.
