Lead BI strategy for workforce analytics: partner with HR, build self-service analytics, ensure data governance and quality, mentor BI team, monitor performance, and integrate BI tools with cloud platforms (Databricks preferred).

Lead design and delivery of a web channel framework using React/TypeScript. Drive engineering standards, testing (unit to end-to-end), CI/CD, performance optimization, RESTful services, and cross-functional agile collaboration to build a scalable SPA platform.

Manage day-to-day operations for an advisor team, supervising sales support, improving workflows and client communications, handling client relationships and onboarding, supporting compliance and product implementation, and identifying growth opportunities alongside the Financial Advisor.
